In my experience as a real estate advisor here in the Seattle area, I’m often asked the same question:
More and more, we’re seeing a shift in the market. And with that shift comes a rise in homeowners who’ve already listed with one—sometimes even two—real estate firms… and still haven’t sold. When we sit down for a consultation in those situations, I always begin by reinforcing two key things:

We examine everything, from layout and lighting to the more minor details most people overlook, But the buyers absolutely feel.
